SDC brings hands on practical application to projects in the early stages of conception through project management and build out. Services are billed on a per hour or retainer basis. Should it be mutually agreeable to SDC and the client for SDC to invest in a project, SDC then uses its relationships and alliances to structure the most favorable terms for financing the project and invests in the project on the same terms as the developer. Marketing and networking are strong suits for SDC, particularly with the third party sources, both private and public, as well as managing relationships between user, architect, construction company and the owner (in the event of a lease).
Valued engineering & understanding construction within the real estate markets is part of the process.

Dispositions and acquisitions are on-going. SDC’s knowledge of the industry can direct the assignment to the most qualified solution firm if not SDC and/or its affiliates. SDC’s construction knowledge can direct the design, engineering, modification and/or roof work from the Request For Proposal (RFP) to final inspection and approval of payment.
