ABOUT US

Silvio Development Company (SDC) is an Atlanta based real estate private equity, development and consultation firm that has strategic alliances with proven and trusted partners and investors for providing real estate solutions. SDC is small in size but tall in relationships, experience and backing. We bring the professional and complete experience for sale or lease (sometimes enjoyed by the larger projects) to the 20K sf to 50k sf segment of the market that may not be entirely satisfied with the present service providers. Projects larger than 50Ksf require no more effort than those less than 50Ksf, and with our competitive business model, economics of scale will give SDC an unusual, but logical economic advantage. All projects will benefit from the value added and experience gained from decades of design/build construction by the SDC team.

Silvio Development Company was formed to provide Real Estate Solutions for industrial real estate. Its value comes from its founder, Jerry L. Silvio, whose 34 years’ experience helping grow his previous employer, to the largest privately owned industrial development and construction company in the SEUSA.  Jerry began his career as the estimator and project engineer but quickly moved into development, sales and leasing.  To compliment his civil engineering technology degree and to accelerate his new responsibilities’ knowledge, he earned a MBA in Finance.  For the last 30 years, Jerry has been Vice President – Construction, and  Senior Vice President – Development, Sales and Leasing.  During that time, he was responsible for development activities, maintaining full occupancies of the company’s almost 20 million square feet of leased properties and annually generating between 2 and 3 million square feet of new construction business. His reputation, knowledge and experience in the real estate industry is widely known and recognized.
